      Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines, HENTEC is capable of producing various standards of commercial aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles with maximum outer diameter of 350mm.

      We have our own qualified and certified welders to fulfill precision welding on aluminum surface and interiors. They use their knowledge and skill to bond metals together and ensure they meet certain criteria for strength and durability.

      Our factory is equipped with 4 powder spraying lines and all of them are using high-quality spray nozzles from Gema Switzerland. In the meantime, HENTEC only uses safe and environmental friendly paint with strong adhesive force as well as durable color retention.

      We have purchased 12 PRATIC CNC machining centers, which can perform precision work in different shapes by milling, drilling and tapping for profile processing. The adoption of CNC machining center enables us to work on complicated profiles in a more accurate and efficient way.
